Trivia[]
- Noah's second relationship, preceded by that of his and Riley Marra's relationship in Season 1. Like the former, both are short-lived, although the latter had more longevity.
- However, this one with Zöe manages to be an official relationship, as the former never were officially declared, due to Riley's death in "Wanna Play a Game?".
- This fact is also referenced with the former secret relationship of Noah's friends from the Lakewood Five in the premiere episode of Season 2: Brooke Maddox and Jake Fitzgerald, who were secretly dating, and like Noah and Riley, couldn't work, albeit different reasons and circumstances.
- However, this one with Zöe manages to be an official relationship, as the former never were officially declared, due to Riley's death in "Wanna Play a Game?".
- The second main relationship of Season 2, succeeded by Brooke-Gustavo relationship.
- Both Noah and Zöe are the first interracial relationship and couple of the Scream franchise and TV series.
- Succeeded by Jamal Elliot and Beth (Ghostface duo) in Season 3, and more recently by Mindy Meeks-Martin and Anika Kayoko's relationship (formerly) to Tara Carpenter and Chad Meeks-Martin's relationship (current), each both in Scream VI.
- If you were to include the theory of Hallie McDaniel in the original Scream 2 script (originally being Ghostface) and dating Mickey Altieri, then they'd be the first.
- Due to this not being the case, Noah and Zöe are the first canonically and explicitly shown.
- However, there is speculation as to who the father of the Meeks-Martin twins are of, with speculation arising that Martha Meeks (twins' mother, younger sister of Randy Meeks, victim in Scream 2) might've conceived them with Gale Weathers's second former known cameraman Joel in the second film, which if right, would make them the first.
- Chronologically, in the TV series entirety, Noah and Zöe are the ninth out of fifteen relationships (excluding Maggie's illegitimate child shared with Brandon James or her fling with Kieran's father, Clark Hudson, or his implied previous relationship with Det.Lorraine Brock; as well as the flings, from: Beth's flings with Shane, Avery Collins, and Amir Ayoub to Quinn Maddox with Tina Hudson, Brooke to Seth Branson or his relationship to Kristen Lang, Jake with Ava Miller, and Emma to both Eli Hudson and Tom Martin), preceded and succeeded by:
- Kevin and Maggie Duval's former relationship (pre-Season 1; 1998-2007)
- Tyler O'Neill and Nina Patterson (pre-Season 1; unknown-2015)
- Emma Duval and Will Belmont (Season 1; 2013-2015)

- If you count Kieran Wilcox, former member, as well, everyone of the main members of the Lakewood Six (minus Jake and Gustavo) have been in at least two relationships.
- Both first met in "I Know What You Did Last Summer". Due to the fact both are students at George Washington High School and in the same grade (11th, juniors), and they also share the same Psychology class with Kristen Lang.
- The class is also shared with some of the Lakewood Five including Emma Duval, Brooke Maddox, and Gustavo Acosta (the latter two would also date, despite how Zöe isn't part of this friend group).
- Their first kiss was in "Happy Birthday to Me".
- In "Dawn of the Dead", Zöe revealed to Noah that she loves his podcast, The Morgue.
