Will, alongside the Popular Crowd and during his senior year of high school, would be targeted by a new Lakewood Slasher targeting Emma, during the Second Lakewood Murders (2015-2016), committed nearly 21 years after the first in 1994. With the murders initiated following the cyberbullying video recorded of his former classmate, Audrey Jensen, making out with her secret girlfriend, Rachel Murray, thus being outed and shared by Nina alongside Tyler, with the latter two becoming the first two victims.
Will's indiscretion and infidelity with his former girlfriend would be exposed by their friend, Brooke, seeing as just a few hours before Nina and Tyler's deaths, Will would hook up with Nina, implying he would cheat on her when he and Emma would be on and off. Biography
Early Life
Will was born in approx. early 1998 to Adelaide and Carl Belmont in Lakewood, Louisiana. Growing up in a more rural family, seeing as he grew up on a farm on the more outskirts of town, and which is implied he has a volatile relationship with his father. It's implied that he was always deeply ashamed of his humbled beginnings, seeing as he is constantly teased about it from his childhood and wealthier best friend, Jake. When he was in middle school, he soon began to excel in basketball, and then started playing varsity team upon going to George Washington High School. There, it's where he met Nina and Tyler, and three became friends. However, it's learned that his friendship with them was anything as normal as it contained sex, lies, and blackmail.
Will, a grade above, would also attend the same public schools and later high school as his classmates as the future class of 2017 alums, including the Popular Crowd as well as Noah Foster, Audrey Jensen, Grayson Pfeiffer and Zoë Vaughn.
In his sophomore year of high school at in August-September 2013, a 14-15 year old Will was dared by Nina to get Emma to sleep with him, of which he took on, given Nina's reputation. It's revealed that his "first time" was a bet to see if he could get Emma to sleep with him within a month, back when she was a freshman and he was a sophomore. This became the reason Emma broke up with him after it was exposed by Brooke, following Nina's murder, that he was sleeping with her. It's mentioned by Jake that they were lured in a sex blackmailing scheme as the two were watching Nina without her knowledge, and that Tyler found out and decided to make a business out of it by blackmailing local figures in Lakewood for money for watching an underage girl on a webcam. Just a year before his senior year, during his junior year in August to September 2014, Will would non-consensually record his and Emma's sex tape without Emma's knowledge.
The Second Lakewood Murders (2015)

The same night before Nina's demise, a 17-year old Will lied to his girlfriend, Emma, of his car shutting down, as well as Jake giving him a ride despite his phone dying, in order to hook up with Nina, right before she would record and post the viral video of Audrey and Rachel making out. Following Nina and Tyler's murder on Monday, September 28th, Will is shown in the morning at Emma's house, making out with her, as she helps him study. Later at school, Will is shown with the Crowd outside before school starts also discussing the incident, with Will telling Jake to delete the video, and denying any knowledge.
After the news breaks on Nina's murder (as Tyler's body wouldn't be discovered till days later, in order to make him a suspect), Will makes it his mission to make Jake shut down the whole operation since if he does get implicated or charged, he wouldn't be able to get out of Lakewood since his parents didn't have any powerful connections in the town. However, Will would then changes his mind when he gets an early acceptance into Duke University and decides to blackmail Quinn into giving him $500,000, which he does alongside Jake at an abandoned garage with white masks and wearing hoodies. He decides to not take the money which was then coerced out of the mayor by Jake, who broke Quinn's nose in an effort to get it, despite it only being ten grand of it.

Although, he got the money, he starts to feel guilty from stealing the money and sees the hole he dug himself by being involved with Nina, Tyler and Jake. He ultimately gives the money back to Mr. Maddox, meeting up at night, as well as having this rendezvous be secretly recorded by 20 year old podcaster, Piper Shaw, as a way to redeem himself after he and Emma broke up. following his and her sex tape, of which he non-consensually recorded a year prior, being leaked online, as well as the truth of their relationship being based on Nina's dare, is the final straw for Emma, of who slapped a pleading Will across his face after he came to see her after she clocked out of work at the café.

Will would then be kidnapped on Friday night, October 16th, after the Lakewood Slasher appeared and seemingly knocked Piper out, and would attack and kidnap him at the abandoned Bowling Alley, who would etch a mark on his back as a clue. Will would then be rescued by Emma, Noah, Brooke, and Jake who came to his defense and of which Will would be briefly hospitalized and then placed on bed rest at home. Will would try to reconcile with his ex-girlfriend for the last time by setting up a date with her, unaware of his own demise, as the next morning, he would be placed in a trap with his farm's saw trencher, as a way to lure Emma and unintentionally, cause her to set it off.
Death
Sunday, October 18th, 2015

Split Up: Will becomes the 5th victim (2nd male overall in 2015-2016 Lakewood Murders) to the Lakewood Slasher, whose death is one of the most brutal of all in the franchise, which his best friend Jake would also fall, similarly.
Emma goes over to Will's house, with some Mike & Ike candies, to watch The Expendables with him, while he recovers from being stabbed. Once outside his house, Emma gets a phone call that's presumably from Will. The two begin their conversation and Will tells Emma there has been a change of plans, and to come and find him. Emma begins to get suspicious, so she asks Will what they had to eat on their second date, needing confirmation that she's actually talking to him and not the Lakewood Slasher. Once "Will" says he doesn't recall and states that, "This is going to be a date to remember", Emma realizes it's the Lakewood Slasher she's talking to. Emma refuses to play more games, but the Lakewood Slasher assures her that the game is still continuing and she's in the bonus round. Emma explains that she did everything that was asked of her and demands to know what the Lakewood Slasher did to Will, but he points out that he wanted her to "have a little pride" instead of forgiving Will's lies, just like Daisy did years ago. Then, the Lakewood Slasher admits he doesn't forgive easily. Once again, Emma demands to know what the Lakewood Slasher did to Will, but he corrects her by saying "It's what you're going to do that's the real bitch." Then, the Lakewood Slasher suggests Emma run. Emma drops the candies, running out back, spotting Will, who is tied to a chair with his mouth taped shut, and behind him is a large trencher that's turned on. Emma runs to Will, only to trip over a trip wire. The trip wire was attached to a lever in the machine, forcing the lever downward as Emma's foot triggers it. The lever pushes down to set the front of the saw-like machine into a downward motion, sending it right through Will's skull and then body (off-screen).
