The Stab 3: Return to Woodsboro production office is seen in Scream 3. It hosts the office of Roman Bridger, the Stab 3 prop house, and the costume storage room. The production off is located on the backlot of Sunrise Studios.

Scream 3
Sarah Darling arrives at the production office for a meeting with Roman Bridger, who invited her disguised as the Killer. When she arrives, she finds everyone gone except for Tyson Fox who is getting makeup effects done for his death scene.
Sarah waits in Roman's office and gets a call on his office phone, resulting in her breaking his Music Video Award. She speaks with Roman who soon reveals himself as the Killer and when she attempts to leave, she is spooked by the shadow of a security guard. She then proceeds to hide in the costume department and is attacked by Ghostface, who was hiding on a rack of costumes.
Ghostface chases Sarah and then kills her. Mark Kincaid and J. Wallace investigate the crime scene where they find another photo of Maureen Prescott left behind.
