Biography

Early Life

Quinn Maddox was born to unknown parents sometimes in the late 1970s to early 1980s, albeit unstated whether or not in Lakewood (and or if he attended the local high school during the 1994 murders). He would grow up to be a politician as well as build a reputation as a womanizer and who had shady and illegal blackmailing business deals in order to finance himself and climb up to his political power. Quinn eventually would settle with a woman, Monica, whom he'd marry, and have a daughter, with Brooke Maddox, of which he and Monica would conceive approximately in June 1998 and who would be born on March 28th, 1999 in Lakewood.

He and his wife would have marital strife(s) throughout the 2000s, in part due to Quinn's own job as a politician in Lakewood, possibly in City Hall or in the Courthouse, leading to Monica's drug issues. It's possible sometime in 2011 (due to real life U.S laws of mayors across the country being in office for a 4 year terms) he ran and was elected for the Mayor of Lakewood, succeeding an unknown predecessor, which he took in office in 2012, at the earliest. At this point, he would have a willful of scams and blackmailing for the town he was intended to serve, of which in 2013, he would be brought full throttle and who 2 years later, the Popular Crowd would catch on and blackmail him in return, by gathering evidence on him up until 2015.

Second Lakewood Murders, 2015

In September-October 2015, a shady yet upbeat town mayor, Quinn was brought into the midst of the Second Lakewood Murders, in part due to his daughter Brooke's friend, Emma, being associated as a target. This led to his blackmailing deals to be put at stake, due to his teenage blackmailing clients becoming victims to the Lakewood Slasher, including the first two being Nina Patterson and her ex, Tyler O'Neill; the former who had information pertaining to his video footage in her laptop, much to his dismay. He would be blackmailed further in order to be cleared themselves by Jake Fitzgerald and Will Belmont, the latter of whom was extorting the mayor for financial support for getting accepted into Duke University without a scholarship.

Folllowing a night rendezvous of Will returning the home security video of Quinn via flashdrive at an abandoned garage, the same one where he had been attacked by a masked Jake earlier on Friday, October 16th, 2015, Quinn warned Will to not say anything to anyone, unaware that hiding was the 20-year old new in town podcaster, Piper Shaw, recording everything. Once he left, both Will and Piper were attacked by the Lakewood Slasher, with Will being kidnapped and led to a search and rescue of which Quinn's daughter took part of, at the old Abandoned Bowling Alley the following night of Saturday, October 17th.

The footage of his eventual suspicion and arrest in disposing of a body would be copied by Piper, as well as by Jake, in order to plot Quinn as a suspect, during which on August 16th, 2015 at his home, Quinn would carry a body out of his house's guest house, revealed to be his wife Monica's unnamed and unidentified male drug addict friend. who had died a day following Monica being sent to rehab in Phoenix, Arizona; whose revelation prior to learning of her mother's safety, disheartened Brooke and led her to believe her father did something to her and was a suspect, which led to her going to Piper and landing her father in jail as well as leaving him there; he would be in jail and released following the reveal of the second and new first Lakewood Slasher being Piper Shaw, who in turn was Emma's half-sister and his town coroner, Maggie's illegitimate first daughter with the alleged serial killer, Brandon James; who in turn, following the events, Quinn would try and fail in building a housing development (despite his own house being located there; supposedly near to another rich suburban area of Lakewood) known as the Wren Estates Development, by Wren Lake where Brandon was shot and "killed" 21 years prior; where Piper was killed on Saturday, October 31st, 2015.

Second Lakewood Murders, 2016

Due to the Second Lakewood Murders and his imprisonment for his shady doing in dealing with handling a deceased body (although his blackmailing scams and other shady business deals going unreported), Quinn found himself harder to get back on the good graces of the town of Lakewood, who had been rocked by the 2015 murders, impacting the local town's tourism and other economy. He would also be dealing with his upcoming re-election campaign, due to his 4 year term nearing an end, Quinn found himself trying to be closer to his now distrustful daughter, Brooke, of who he would suspect her growing a relationship with his now solo blackmailing partner, Jake. Due to this, he disapproved Brooke of having a relationship with him, due to their criminal partnership, which prevented Brooke from going public with Jake, much to the latter's anger and dismay, despite Brooke also being angry in Jake due to his past ties, unaware herself of them even being partners. This leads from Brooke's split with Jake, and the latter getting murdered following Quinn sending him to burn down the Wren Estate Development and discard of other papers, due to the Lakewood Slasher being there and targeting Jake from Sunday night, January 24th, till murdering him the following night at the old horse stables on Monday, January 25th, 2016.

Due to Jake not being responsive and like everyone else being unaware of his murder, Quinn would be worried of his text history being leaked, and proceeds to delete it as well as keep tabs on his daughter, Brooke, who defies him on Tuesday, January 26th, by announcing herself being in love and in a secret relationship with Jake, much to his dismay. Following his client's disappearance being placed on high alert, a search at his insistence would be initiated and the contacting of Jake's parents on vacation in Mexico, before his body was rolled and dumped onto the auditorium stage during the Lady of the Lake naming at George Washington High School on Friday morning, January 29th, for which his daughter Brooke stood in center in a white dress and was drenched in his blood, traumatizing her, who would comfort her and being the only adult and parent of the student body allowed in, due to being the town mayor.

He would also find himself slipping and having a fling with Emma's boyfriend, Kieran's aunt, Tina Hudson, much to the dismay of her son and Kieran's cousin, Eli, who unbeknownst to him, due to snooping, was aware of his criminal background and who would almost expose him had it not been for his death, foiling his plans.

He would be placed on a suspect list by the new sheriff, Miguel Acosta, finding the text history between the sheriff and Jake, and find himself being tested by the Lakewood Slasher for the first time, and find himself yet again addressing the town of Lakewood in emergency matters regarding the murders (Jake, Haley, and Zoe being the only known teen victims) and who would find himself, a week after the discovery of Jake's corpse, himself as the second to final target. His killer, whom he would never learn, was revealed to be Piper's secret lover and accomplice and former ally and the son of the first sheriff, Clark Hudson, 17 year old Kieran Wilcox, nephew of Tina and Eli's cousin, as well as Emma's faux boyfriend and his surviving daughter's attempted killer.

He yells for the blackmailer that he's here and for him to come out, with no response. He then sends a text message to another phone to make the blackmailer aware of his presence. He hears a buzzing noise coming from inside the barn whenever he does. Quinn opens the barn door and slowly walks towards the buzzing by send more text messages. He locates a phone left on a stool. Quinn shines the flashlight on the phone and looks around, nervously. He then looks down at his phone and discovers a meme of the Lakewood Slasher holding a pitchfork.

Nervous and confused, Quinn, still looking down at the phone screen, slowly turns around and looks up. The Killer stands in front of him. The Killer immediately penetrates the pitchfork into Quinn's chest before he can react, impaling him.

The Killer forces a screaming Quinn across the barn, running him along the pitchfork, and slams him into some farm equipment. As Quinn lets out a cry of pain, the Killer decides to slightly lift the pitchfork higher, deeply severing him further. Blood drips out of Quinn's mouth. He instantly drops to the ground. The Killer stands over a dying Quinn, watching him bleeding in pain.

They go inside and quickly find the helpless and bleeding Quinn, who only hastens his death by pulling the pitchfork out of his blood. He then dies of blood loss in front of the girls, horrifying them.
