Prison Guard 2 was one of two prison guards who put Kieran Wilcox in a holding cell. He left to see if the media had "died down". After he left the first prison guard alone, a third killer broke in and snapped the first prison guards neck, and then killed Kieran as well.

As well as his teammate, the guard appears to be somewhat of a jerk, instantly mocking Kieran about his failure.
