Patrick Dempsey is an actor who portrays Detective Mark Kincaid in Scream 3 (2000 film). He was set to reappear as Mark Kincaid in Scream 4 (2011 film), however, he declined due to the filming of Transformers: Dark of the Moon in the same year. His return was also considered for Scream 7 (2026 film), but his talks with the studio were failed.[1] He is perhaps best known for his role as Dr. Derek Shepherd on the medical drama TV show Grey's Anatomy.
