In the series' 12th fighting game and 23rd overall installment, Mortal Kombat 1, which was released for Windows, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch on September 19, 2023 it features Ghostface as a playable guest character on November 19th 2024 as part of the Kombat Pack 2 within the Khaos Reigns Story Mode DLC.
