When Jill was 22, she gave birth to a baby whom she had with Bill Rhodes, but since she was too young and wasn't ready, she didn't raise the baby by herself, instead she gave the baby to her sister, and pretended to be the baby's aunt. She also kept that as a secret, and never informed Rhodes about having a baby with him.

- Based on the setting of the game, Jill's skin color needs to be the same as the Protagonist. Since players can customize the protagonist's skin color, Jill's skin would be colored differently depending on the customization of the protagonist.
