Jill E. Blotevogel is an American writer and producer. She is best known for writing an episode of Harper's Island and two episodes for Ravenswood. She was the developer and writer of the television series, Scream.

- It was confirmed that Jill E. Blotevogel would not be returning as a show-runner for Season 2. However, she will be credited as a show-consultant.
- She did however help co-write the Halloween specials for the second season.
- Coincidentally, Jill shares the same name as prior to the release of the first season in 2015, with the seventh revealed (second female) Ghostface killer, Jill Roberts, from Scream 4, released four years prior
