–Guy Throwing A Cup to Richie Kirsch |
Guy Throwing Cup is a character in the Scream Franchise TikTok ARG, and later appeared in Scream (2022). He sent tips of the recent killings in Woodsboro to the TikTok channel of Sarah and Ash, and also attended Amber Freeman's party.
History
Background
The unnamed guy was a student of Woodsboro High School. He had an aunt living one town over Woodsboro, and he was following Sarah and Ash's TikTok channel "TooBrAshSarah" when the new Ghostface was attacking people in town.
Scream ARG

In the 11th "TooBrAshSarah" video, Sarah was urging people to follow the hashtag "SAVEWOODSBORO" to stay updated with the news of the new killing spree, while Ash was seen in the background lying on bed and looking at his phone. Sarah was also asking people to send them any suspicious footages to "stopthestab@gmail.com", and it led them to the first submission which was shown in the 12th video. The submission was from the Guy Throwing Cup who theorized Randy Meeks being alive, and was behind the new killings. He then showed a security footage of an empty street at an unspecific night, with a dark figure suddenly walked past the camera in a quick speed. He claimed the footage was from his aunt's house located one town over Woodsboro, and that the dark figure was seen holding a knife. However, Sarah and Ash were laughing after watching this silly submission.
The Guy Throwing Cup appeared again in the 19th video, in which he shared another theory that someone from the Stab film series was involved in the recent killings, and questioned what kind of a person would make a movie based on an ongoing event. Ash was listening to his theory, while Sarah in a Ghostface mask suddenly appeared and scared him.

The guy was inviting people to join the party
A few days later, Sarah began to worry for Ash, as she has not been hearing from him for 3 days. After finally receiving a text message from Ash with a video featuring the Guy Throwing Cup, Sarah made a 30th video about this. Ash's text message explained he was grounded for his phone, and then invited Sarah to a party on the next day, but he did not provide any further information of the party. As for the video attached with Ash's message, the Guy Throwing Cup was seen and asking "Woodsboro Panthers" from Woodsboro High School to join the party for celebration.
In order to check on Ash, Sarah has decided to attend the party alone, and she eventually did a live streaming event with her fans while heading to the party. When she arrived the venue, it is revealed that the party was held in the house at 261 Turner Lane, where Stu Macher and his family used to lived during The 1996 Woodsboro Murders, but the house appeared to be empty with no partygoers were seen. Moments later, Sarah's live broadcast was ended abruptly with her dropping the phone onto the ground, and she seemingly escaped or being attacked after seeing something horrify. With the final footage of the live feed showing Ghostface in the reflection, the fate of her and other partygoers, including the Guy Throwing Cup, were left unknown.

The guy threw the Cup at Richie
It turned out Amber Freeman and her family were now the residents of the house at 261 Turner Lane, and that the Guy Throwing Cup was actually attending her party. Although he claimed the party was a celebration in his video, it is revealed that the party was a memorial for Wes Hicks, who was murdered the day before. It is unknown if the Guy Throwing Cup was aware of the true purpose of the party, or he simply attended the party as a celebration. During the party, the Guy Throwing Cup was seen chatting with a girl near Liv McKenzie when she dumped her boyfriend Chad Meeks-Martin for suspecting her as the new Ghostface, and he was standing at the same place while Mindy Meeks-Martin was lying on the couch and watching Stab. Moments later, Richie Kirsch turned all the lights on and asked the partygoers to leave, the guy threw his cup at him to express his discontentment before leaving with others, explaining the absent of partygoers when Sarah arrived at the house as seen in her live feed.
Scream VI (2023)
His fate is unknown if he and Frances went to New York and attend Blackmore University with Mindy Chad Tara and Sam If he is in the Campus, making his fate unknown if he is in college or not.
