Frankie was a minor character and antagonist in Scream VI (2023 film), who was a rapist fraternity boy and tried to take advantage of Tara Carpenter at the Omega Kappa Beta party.
Chad Meeks-Martin intervened and got into a physical altercation with Frankie which ended when Samantha Carpenter arrived at the party and tased Frankie in the testicles. As Frankie hurls vulgar insults at Sam, those around begin to realize who she is and start filming her. From the Reddit page about Sam and the news report later where it is made out as if she attacked a girl on the street, it can be assumed that these videos would be posted, making it look like Sam attacked Frankie out of nowhere.
He was portrayed by Andre Anthony.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Frankie was born to unknown parents sometime in 2002, in New York. It can be assumed that due to his behaviour and beliefs, he likely grew up sheltered and was never taught that what he does is wrong.
Some point in the early 2020s, Frankie started studying at Blackmore University in New York, and joined the Omega Kappa Beta fraternity.
As he is a minor character in one scene, there is not much information that can be found.
The New York City Murders (2023)[]
Frankie only appears at the party. Tara is drunk and looks for more alcohol. Frankie sees this as an opportunity to begin a conversation with her about alcohol in the kitchen. He brings up that he has a bottle of Fireball in his room, taking advantage of Tara's lowered inhibitions. She agrees to go upstairs with him.
He is first noticed by Anika Kayoko, who is sitting on the couch with her girlfriend, Mindy. Anika realizes quickly what is going on and tries to get Tara to leave the party. Tara refuses and insists on going with Frankie. He tries to be charming and flirt with Anika, who promptly turns him down and goes to find Chad and Ethan.
Chad comes over to Frankie and tries to get him to leave Tara alone. She says that she wants to and Frankie, almost mocking Tara, repeats the phrase to Chad. His attitude quickly changes from a charming man to a rapist fraternity boy, and he starts dragging Tara upstairs, hurting her and causing her to fall over.
Chad pulls him down and they start to get into a fight, Tara's half-sister, Samantha Carpenter, comes in and tases Frankie in the testicles. Frankie starts yelling at her and people start filming. Tara is mad at Sam.
As the group (Sam, Tara, Anika, Ethan, Chad and Mindy) leave, Sam and Tara get into a fight. Sam is trying to protect Tara, when Tara does not want to be protected. Tara is mad at Sam, not for stopping Frankie, but for intervening in her life. She tells Sam that she can hookup with whoever she wants and storms away.
Later that night, back at Quinn, Sam and Tara's apartment, Chad and Tara are talking. Tara thanks Chad for intervening and not letting her go up those stairs. Chad calls Frankie a rapist and has a sweet moment with Tara before Quinn comes in.

- Frankie is the first villain in the franchise who received his karma in a way that doesn't involve any form of death or imprisonment. It also makes him the second villain in the franchise so far to survive the installment he appears in, predated by the Third Killer from the TV series.
- He's the only villain in the movie who isn't related to Richie Kirsch in any way, whether by motive or by proximity.
- Which makes him the first separate villain in the film series with no real connection to the killers or their victims.
- Tom Martin/Shallow Grove Slasher predates him from the Season 2 finale of the TV Series as he has no connection to The Lakewood Slashers nor Emma Duval or her friends.

- Frankie is arguably the least heinous villain in the movie due to his short screen-time and not killing anyone. Ironically, it actually makes him more jarring to the audience than the killers, because the average person is more likely to have trouble with a person like Frankie than with any of the Ghostface killers.
- He is somewhat similar to Haley Meyers from the 2nd season of the TV Series as both are problematic to the main characters without being any of the killers. Although it could be argued that Haley is the lesser evil as she is just a mean girl/twisted prankster while Frankie was actually trying to take advantage of Tara Carpenter. Although its implied that Haley knew Kieran Wilcox was the Lakewood Slasher and she was intimate with him, but this is all speculation while its known what Frankie was trying to do with Tara (and possibly other girls). Unlike Haley who is killed by Kieran, Frankie is just tasered by Sam.
- As of now, he is the only character to commit a sexual based crime that is still alive and hasn't been killed nor has he been punished legally in some way like other characters that predate him:
- Both Seth Branson and Richie Kirsch commit statutory rape, being in relationships with underage girls.
- Seth is initially arrested and let go. Later, he is killed by Kieran Wilcox, who was the 2nd Lakewood Slasher. Richie turned out to be one of the killers along with Amber Freeman, the girl he was in a relationship with and both are killed.
- A young Maureen Prescott was violated by John Milton's friends at his own mansion. Its been speculated that Milton may have taken part in this due to the possibility of Roman Bridger being his son (Which the original script implies due to a paternity test being found at his mansion). This was just speculation as Milton's exact involvement isn't known, but ultimately, he is killed by Roman.
