Trivia[]
- Is from North Carolina, where the fifth film of the Scream franchise, Scream (2022) was shot, in Wilmington.
- Albeit Drew was born in-land as Hickory is a 4-hour drive from Wilmington, the latter of which is located on the coast.
- Is 3 months younger than his main co-star Keke Palmer from the third season, who portrayed Kym, as both were born in the same year (1993).
- Both his DOB and actual high school graduation, ironically, would coincide exactly with that of the Woodsboro High Class of 2012, from Scream 4 (2011).
- Attended the 81st Annual Venice International Film Festival (2024), of which Jenna Ortega also attended (who portrays Tara Carpenter in the fifth film and Scream VI).
- Shares the same first name as Drew Barrymore, who portrayed Casey Becker as the second and most recognizable opening victim, famously, in Scream (1996).
