Christopher Jordan "C.J." Wallace is an American actor, best known for his roles in Kicks (2016), Everything Must Go (2010) and Notorious (2009), as well as Monsters and Men (2018) and She's Missing (2019), and more recently in the MTV show Family Legacy (2023). He portrayed the character Amir Ayoub in the third season of the Scream television series.

Biography[]

CJ's parents are Christopher Wallace (also known as Biggie Smalls or The Notorious B.I.G.) and Faith Evans, also an American singer. His father, a rapper, was murdered in a drive-by shooting on March 9, 1997, when CJ was nearly five months old.

Trivia[]

  • Portrays a 17-18 year old Amir, despite actually being 5-6 years older than his character's birthday (due to the Season 3 characters graduating in 2019, with birthdates of 2001-2002).
    • Seeing as Wallace was 20-21 when he portrayed Amir in 2017, only 3 years older than his character.
  • Born in 1996, the same year the original Scream was released, albeit he was born 2 months earlier.
  • The second legacy cast member of the third season (overall, the third of the Scream franchise out of eight), albeit as a main role, the first being Paris Jackson as Becky, who was a minor role (whose father is Michael Jackson).
  • C.J is the first male actor as a legacy cast member of the franchise, due to the previous three all being actresses, and the first male legacy cast member of the TV series, overall. He is also the fifth out of seven legacy cast members overall.
  • Both him and Paris are their fathers' second children.
  • Both his father and Paris's met at the 1995 MTV Video Music Awards, and whom had collaborated as well[1].
    • Michael, and his sister, Janet Jackson, were accepting the award for Best Dance Video for their 1995 song "Scream" (ironically, the name of the first film of the franchise, which was released the following year) from Michael's album, HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I, which Biggie presented to them with Bill Bellamy.
